How do you deal with difficult or irrational people in your life? Irrationality is one of the most challenging behaviors to face. When someone is being irrational, they don’t listen to reason, logic, or even common sense. They become laser focused and have one goal in mind:

To fulfill a need.

And, until that need is fulfilled, or they snap out of it, they are unpredictable and sometimes even dangerous. But what if you can’t help them fulfill their need? Is there a way to get through to people who seem to be unconscious or unaware to those around them?

This book gives you the tools you need to communicate with people who fall into that “crazy” state of being we call irrationality. The challenges that come with trying to talk to someone in an irrational or out of control state is that they become less and less aware of what’s going on around them.

There are ways to get through to, and even “reel in”, irrational people so that you can bring them back to a calmer, more rational state of mind. You won’t find these techniques online or in any other books because they are unorthodox and probably contrary to what you think you should do when facing someone displaying any sort of uncontrollable, ridiculous, or even wacky behavior.
