I hate head games. Most people do.
Head games happen when information needs to be shared but isn’t. Someone knows something that affects you, but they’re keeping it to themselves.
Maybe they don’t like something you’re doing, but instead of saying so, they cancel plans, avoid you, or act distant. You’re left wondering what’s wrong while they sit on information that could clear everything up.
The pattern is simple: they have something to say, they don’t say it, and you end up confused. You might even start blaming yourself, trying to figure out what you did wrong, when the real problem is that they won’t tell you what’s actually bothering them.
