
I don’t disagree that letting go of the ego is a fantastic state to aspire to, but I wanted to know what would happen if I nurtured my ego in a healthy way that best served me and others around me.

When I started The Overwhelmed Brain, I had no clue how I would be able to sustain it. But instead of concerning myself with an unknown future, I fearlessly purchased audio equipment and set my sights on the target of creating a weekly podcast that would spread my message.
Emotions rise up from our core, where we are both most vulnerable and powerful. When we can live from this core place inside of us we can be authentic. When that happens we are empowered to be our true selves.
