Then I decided that I wanted to be the best, so I bought some CDs and started imitating more players. Your self-esteem can be crushed if you are around people that do not recognize your worth. And after years of low self-worth, you may feel like a loser who doesn’t deserve good things in life.

On top of that, if you work hard at developing your worth and esteem, your ego can come in and try to spoil things even more.

There are ways to build and nurture all three of these so that you can tackle life a lot easier when the challenges present themselves.

Anxiety is the excessive worrying about future events, based on a story that you tell yourself. However, it’s hard to change the story when you actually believe it will happen.

On top of that, the more you believe it will come true, the more likely you’ll experience a panic attack. Today I share with you how I’ve overcome anxiety and panic attacks. My methods may be a bit unorthodox, but they might be exactly what you need.
