The intimacy that happens behind their back

Cheating and infidelity can be a sensitive topic. You could be a victim to it, you could be the cheater, or you could be the one seeing someone who is cheating on their partner to be with you.

No matter what, there is almost always heartache on the other side. It doesn’t mean there isn’t healing, but there is almost always pain.

In this episode, I receive a message from a woman who is seeing someone cheating on his wife to be with her, and I read another message from someone who was once the cheater.

Sometimes you have to make hard decisions for yourself. Your decisions may affect how people perceive you, causing them to resist what you’re doing.

Unfortunately, those that don’t support the decisions we make for ourselves are often stuck in how it’s going to affect them instead of benefit you.

In this episode, I read a message from a transgender man who experienced many challenges growing up and thinks he’s finally over the toughest parts. I give him my thoughts and also talk about how you can make life’s bigger decisions as well.

Dysfunctional behaviors often come from trauma, neglect, or abuse, but some can come from seemingly benign areas of life as well.

We don’t know the full impact our childhood had on us until we’re older trying to relate to other people outside of our family.

In this episode, I talk about one person’s experiences from childhood and how she recognized a lot of her dysfunctions, and how she is finding a way out of them.

The first segment is about a young woman who keeps getting “ghosted” by her dates. It’s starting to impact her self-esteem and she’s wondering if she’ll ever find a life partner.

In the second segment, I reply to someone who wants to hate those who’ve wronged her, but her spirituality says it’s better to forgive.

Is it?

Sounds like a great subject to talk about. [Read more…]
